My name is Neve and I live in Toronto with my 2 kids, husband and our dog, I have always been a mover. I grew up dancing, swimming, playing track & field and as I got older I started teaching Pilates and Yoga classes. I have been an instructor for almost 10 years. My classes are energizing and very form focused. I think intuitive movement is what makes you feel best and produces the best physical results.

What do you like most about yoga?
My favourite thing about yoga and movement is that I always come out of it feeling lengthened and my mind feels clear. I have more patience for my kids and for my life 🙂
Any tips for students practicing at home?
Best tip for practicing at home is to choose a workout that is not too long. A great workout can be achieved in 30 minutes, if you are giving it your best and moving mindfully.
